The Executive Committee (EXECOM)The F&C Executive Committee meets on a monthly basis, typically ahead of Board meetings, to discharge the strategic, business, product development initiatives and deal with the setting of budgetary and other targets for the business. The Executive Committee is accountable and responsible to the Board for implementing the Board approved strategy, proposing development or new elements of strategy (including the launch of new product lines) and for the day to day running of the Business.
