Investors Capital Trust aims to deliver an attractive annual return each year, paid quarterly. The Trust invests in UK equities and predominantly UK fixed-interest securities, which has a relatively concentrated portfolio and typically below average portfolio turnover.
The Trust allows investors, if they wish, to receive capital rather than income returns for tax planning or other reasons.
The equities portfolio is composed of mainly large capitalisation UK equities selected from the FTSE All Share Index.
The Fixed Interest Portfolio is invested predominantly in corporate bonds. Approximately two thirds of these are expected to be in sterling-denominated investment grade UK corporate bonds.

Aim
To provide returns in the form of dividends and / or capital returns, together with the prospects for capital growth. The Trust is benchmarked against the FTSE All-Share Capped 5% Index.
The Trust's capital structure offers investors the opportunity to receive quarterly returns in the form of either dividends, capital returns, or both, to suit their own particular circumstances.
The yield is calculated based on estimated dividends for the company's current financial year and the closing share price as at the end of the relevant month.
