We are delighted to announce the launch of a new independent investment tool 'Investment Planner' powered by Distribution Technology that is aligned to the Lighthouse Capital Investment process. This links directly into our approved systematic investment process with respect to risk questionnaire, asset allocation and core investment solutions such as F&C Lifestyle, LV= and 7iM portfolios, as well as the discretionary offerings from Principal and Premier.
This tool is being made available at 'no cost' to Temple advisers who have signed up for Lighthouse Capital and are committed to supporting the end-to-end systematic sales process and the range of corresponding investment solutions . It is a further demonstration of our continued commitment towards a robust holistic systematic investment process that meets both regulatory requirements and enhances the service which you can offer your clients.
What will be covered at the workshop?
The workshop will involve hands on case study training to familiarise yourself with this powerful sales tool.
You will receive a user guide, personal log-in details and information on additional training support. In addition to the investment tool, clarification will be provided by compliance as to simplified procedures that support the use of this tool and provide significant new business opportunities. This includes legacy campaign support such as central mailing facilities, as well as compreshensicve support packs containing everything that you need to run your own mailing and client contact campaigns to generate targeted review meetings.
Who is providing this new Investment Planner tool?
F&C have entered into a long-term contract with Distribution Technology to provide licenses for Investment Planner to IFAs who have adopted this holistic approach to financial planning. They are committed to growing their risk rated Lifestyle multi-manager franchise and believe that providing access to this independent whole of market tool to Groups like Lighthouse will help to meet this objective.
The Lighthouse version is aligned to our LighthouseCapital systematic investment process including all of our approved risk rated multi manager portfolios. This is a truly independent tool but will also facilitate very rapid compliant investment solutions into our approved portfolios.
Are the workshops mandatory to get the Investment Planner tool licenses?
Yes. We believe it is important to go through the formal training and get a thorough understanding of the support available. The workshops are being run at various regional locations and if you can't attend one please speak to your RM as there may be some sweep-up events at a later date dependant on demand. Once you have gone through the workshop you will be given a unique license log-in to immediately use the system.
Special incentive to promote the use of this new tool!
To mark this exciting development there will be a Lighthouse Temple Capital Summit held in March 2010. F&C will sponsor this superb overnight central UK Event to capture the learning from the launch of this new tool and identify best practice sales ideas during interactive business sessions on Day one. The Summit will include luxury accommodation, business session, Gala Dinner with celebrity guest speaker and team building 'fun' element on Day two with a series of optional activities including off road driving, clay pigeon shooting, quad biking etc. Full details, including qualifying criteria, will be announced at the workshops.
