  • Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust 

    In 2018, Foreign & Colonial will be celebrating its 150th anniversary. This makes it unique as no other collective investment scheme has been working for savers and investors for as long.

    As the very first investment trust, it was set up in 1868 to give investors “with moderate means the same advantages as the large capitalists, in diminishing risk in investing in foreign and colonial stocks”. Today, as a global investment trust, this is still our focus and with greater relevance than ever before.

    We will be celebrating this milestone next year, however, we are much more focused on learning from our successes and failures to ensure we maintain our unique status in the savings market in the years to come.
